Terms
Last updated 20 October 2026
The terms for Reverse Vector's games, Wrong Ends and Rolling Deep, and this website. By playing the games or using the site, you agree to them.
The short version
- Wrong Ends is free. There's nothing to buy in it, so nothing to refund.
- Rolling Deep is free, with ads. No Ads is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Refunds go through Google Play, under its refund policy; if it can't help, write to us.
- Play fair online: no abusive names or messages, no cheating, no attacking our servers. We can remove names, results and players who don't.
- Nothing here takes away your rights under UK consumer law.
Who we are
The games and this site are made by Reverse Vector Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17508824, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the contact form. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Wrong Ends
Wrong Ends is free to download and play, from its page on GitHub. It has no purchases. Online play runs on our game server; we may change it, take it down for maintenance or, with notice on the Wrong Ends Discord, stop running it. The game still plays against bots without it.
Rolling Deep and No Ads
From version 1.0.0, Rolling Deep is free to download and, on Android, shows ads: none in your first hour of play, then now and then after you reach a level's goal, at most one in a quarter of an hour of play. Ads are never a way to earn anything in the game.
No Ads is a one-time purchase, sold through Google Play. It turns the ads off for good and gives your ball a new finish. Google Play shows the price before you buy; Google is the seller and takes the payment. If you reinstall the game on the same Google account, the game asks Google Play and No Ads comes back.
The leaderboards, ghosts and phones as controllers run on our server. We may change them, reset a board when a level changes, or take them down for maintenance; your progress stays on your device.
Refunds
- No Ads on Google Play: ask Google Play first. Google's refund policy applies: Google Play's help on refunds says how, from your order history. If Google Play can't help, write to us at [email protected] with the order number (it starts GPA.), and we'll look at it.
- On the App Store, once Rolling Deep is there, purchases are refunded by Apple, under Apple's own policy.
- Wrong Ends is free, so there's nothing to refund.
- Your rights: under UK consumer law, digital content you pay for must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If No Ads isn't, you're entitled to a repair or a replacement, or in some cases a refund. Write to us.
Playing fair
In Wrong Ends you choose your own name and can chat with other players. Rolling Deep makes a name up for you. Either way, please don't:
- use a name, or send a message, that is abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, pretends to be someone else, or breaks the law;
- cheat: change the game or its files, or send results, runs or ghosts the game didn't make;
- flood, probe or attack our servers, or other players' connections, or use a bug on purpose to spoil other people's games.
If someone does, we may change or remove their name, remove their results, runs and ghosts from the boards, and keep their player key off our servers, without warning where we need to act quickly. Report a player or a name on the Wrong Ends Discord, or write to us.
This website
Use the contact form for real messages to us, not for advertising or automated sending. Links to other sites (GitHub, Discord, Google, Apple) go to their own terms.
What's ours
The games, their art, music, sounds, names and logos belong to Reverse Vector Ltd or to the people who license them to us. Some are third parties' work, used under their licences.
If something goes wrong
We make the games carefully, but they're provided as they are, and the online parts depend on servers and networks that sometimes fail. If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that; we're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
Age
Wrong Ends' online play isn't meant for children under 13. Rolling Deep is meant for players 13 and over.
Changes
We may change these terms, for example when a game gains something new. When they change, the date at the top changes too, and for anything big we'll say so on this site and the Wrong Ends Discord.
The law
These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and its courts can settle any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
